FULLLOYAL ERP is a web platform and mobile applications hosted on the internet and operated by SIC, registered in the commercial register of M’sila under number RC 14 A 2865829, with its headquarters located at Cité EL-MOKRANI, rue ICHBILIA, Local N° 01, M’sila.
These Terms & Conditions of Use (TCU) apply to the platform and describe the conditions under which SIC provides access to the platform, services, and applications, including via PCs, mobile devices, tablets, or any other future medium (Services).

Under our company's internal policy and consumer law, buyers have a 7-day withdrawal period from the date of receiving the account to request a refund after justifying the reason, without penalty.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised within this period, only the price of the purchased product(s) and standard delivery fees will be refunded.
SIC will refund the buyer, upon supplier confirmation, using the same payment method within 7 days of the withdrawal request.
Some products and services on the platform come with a "Manufacturer's Warranty" provided by the supplier or service provider, to which SIC is not a party.
If the Platform is inaccessible due to technical or other issues, the client cannot claim damages or compensation.
The publisher shall not be liable for non-performance or poor performance attributable to the client (error, omission, etc.) or force majeure as defined by Algerian law (natural disasters, weather conditions, floods, etc.).
The unavailability of one or more products, even prolonged, does not constitute harm to users and does not entitle them to compensation.
